If your name is chosen, you will see it displayed on the Jumbotron at the game on 10/6 or 10/20.

 

  • If your name is selected in the 2nd quarter of the game and CV drives for the first 1st down of the quarter, your CV charity or organization gets $500, and you get a chance to win $10,000 in the Members 1st Down Contest.
     
  • If your name is selected in the 3rd quarter of the game and CV kicks the first field goal of the quarter, your CV charity or organization gets $500, and you get a chance to win $10,000 in the Members 1st Down Contest.
     
  • If your name is selected in the 4th quarter of the game and CV scores the first touchdown, your CV charity or organization gets $500, and you get a chance to win $10,000 in the Members 1st Down Contest.
Promotion runs during the 10/6 and 10/20 home football games.  
Must be 18 or older to enter.
Members First Down Contest
 Near the conclusion of the CV football season, Members 1st Down contestants will be given a chance to throw a football at targets to win up to $10,000. Each contestant will start with a $250 prize. If they can hit a target at 5 yards before their 4 downs run out, they will win a total of $500 dollars. If they can hit a target at 10 yards, they will win a total of $1,000 and get 4 more downs. If they can continue to hit targets at 10 yards, they can work their way down the field, earning $1,000 for each additional 10 yards for a total of $10,000. More details and conditions will be given to qualifying contestants.
